Do I have to talk or have my video on during Office Hours?
Absolutely not, but you are welcome to chime in. Most people use the chat, but a few brave souls might come on microphone or even video to get some live coaching or ask a question. No one has to have video on or will be called on to participate. You can even ask your question in the chat, or email it ahead of time, and remain anonymous. There are some folks who attend and listen for many weeks, and sometimes they find themselves wanting to talk, but we never pressure anyone! We do love getting to know the regulars and supporting one another.
